Reflexology

Hot Stone Reflexology is an amazing treatment! Using various massage techniques and warm stones to relax the body at its deepest level, a feeling of deep relaxation, harmony and balance is created.

Hot Stone massage originated in India and China and has been around for centuries. In ancient civilisations, it  believed that hot stones cleanse the body and relax the heart, grounding the soul and soothing the mind. 

The subtle energies of heated basalt stones calm the senses, relax muscle tension and help to promote a meditative state.

If possible,  please wear loose trousers during the treatment to allow me to work the whole leg up to the knee.

This therapy can be purchased as an add-on to a standard reflexology treatment for an additional £10.
