I'm Clare, a fully qualified and insured Reflexologist based in Buckinghamshire.

I offer mobile treatments in your own home or workplace, or if you prefer you can visit my home therapy room in Prestwood or my clinic room in Beaconsfield on Thursdays.

I trained with the prestigious London School of Reflexology after working as an HR Manager for over 20 years.  Having seen (and felt!) first hand how stressful work life and commuting can be, I developed an interest in wellbeing and how reducing stress and anxiety can have a positive impact on our health, both physical and mental. 

Whether you are looking for support with an existing health condition, want to reduce your day-to-day stress levels or would just like a little “me” time, my aim is to help you feel more relaxed and improve your overall feeling of wellness with specially-tailored Reflexology treatments.
